Casting Sacred Contracts

This Week’s #WOW is Astrologer, Archetypal Consultant and Transformational Coach Gill Potter. I first met Gill earlier this year at an Event hosted by our mentor. She’s one of those people who, when you are in their company, make you feel instantly at ease. When I discovered the deep transformational work Gill undertakes, it made perfect sense as her nature matched her purpose beautifully. Now is the time to cast your sacred contract to put together the map of your life.

So tell me about your business, who is Gill Potter and what is Joyful Steps To Living Your Dreams all about?

I’m an astrologer, a trained archetypal consultant and transformational coach. I see myself as your mission success mentor as I guide clients (mainly women entrepreneurs or women who want to run a business ) to successfully up-level their business and live their mission and dreams with more ease using my insights, clarity coaching and 7-steps process!

What lead you to making the decision of creating your own business?

In 2008 I lost my Dad and Grandad within one month of each other. I also started writing my book Sacred Paths Entwined to capture my story and share my journey. In 2009 I was working as a nurse, and although I also had a very part time business as a therapist/astrologer I knew I wasn’t living my fullest potential. I felt called to go to Chicago and cast my own sacred contract with Caroline Myss at CMED. After I cast my Sacred contract my life changed hugely and I met people like Bernadette Doyle (who became my first proper mentor) I subsequently left my job to set up my business: Your Sacred Purpose and really help people to heal and live their true purpose and mission with more joy!

Has there always been a burning desire inside you to create this, or did your business evolve from your original idea?

It has always been in the back of my mind to create a business but I had no idea a) how to go about it and b) wasn’t from a family who were business oriented-so I had little encouragement to do so. My own passions and desire for spiritual growth led me in this direction and I followed my own calling to do so.

What did/do you find to be the most challenging part of your business?

Making money (or asking for it) I find challenging. I know I help people shift enormously and have testimonials and success stories by the bucket load to show this. However, I prefer people to choose to work with me and I have often left money on the table because I wasn’t great at closing the sale! I am much better at this now!

What have you learned about yourself during the process of setting up your business?

I’ve learned that I need support and encouragement to go on when I’ve faced difficulties in my business and up-leveling it. I also see I’ve grown hugely as a person and that I had to let go of my past, including some friendships that didn’t support me. I like myself much more as the person I’ve become and know I am living from my heart and Soul and true purpose now by doing what I’ve done (despite the challenges) which have been many!

What advice would you give someone considering starting their own business?

It takes a huge commitment of your time, energy and love to do it. You need support (and it is out there by the bucket load now), so make sure you ask for it and invest in yourself and your business for what matters or you may struggle to succeed!

What products and services do you provide?

I help clients cast their Sacred contract. I offer clarity consultations using your birth chart. My first book, Sacred Paths Entwined came out on 4th July, 2012 and is available on Amazon. I run on-line group programmes, intimate retreats and webinars.

What is the greatest success story for your business?

My first book Sacred Paths Entwined released on 4th July, 2012 was a huge breakthrough moment and running my group mentoring programme. Seek the perfection of your mission on the back of it was my sweetest success to date.

I have helped so many people transform their life, business and destiny by casting and working with their own Sacred contract and that feels really good to know that!

“I walked into my dream!”

This Week’s #WOW is Regina Reiter is a forgiveness expert and She helps woman choose a path to access their dream. A specialty is helping women over 50 accomplish their dream of hiking the Appalachian Trail. The timing of this interview is perfect as my big brother has just embarked on his own pilgrimage walking the camino de santiago from the south of France and traveling the breadth of Northern Spain. In life our memories and emotions often weave together and become tightly bound waiting for an opportunity to be released. What Regina offers is a pure gift of goodness to help release those tightly bound emotions of hurt and pain from our past.

Tell me a little about you, your lifestyle and what you are passionate about? First of all, thanks for your interest in me and Forgiveness Walks.  It’s my pleasure to share this with you!

I’m 58 years young, and just beginning my new lifestyle. I call it “hiking lifestyle”. My former lifestyle was based on my role as mom at home for three wonderful adult sons, all born at home and homeschooled. That lifestyle ended five years ago, when I discovered that when I’m hiking on trails, there’s nothing else I’d rather be doing. Now, I’m making a transition to being out on trails where I can stay out for months at a time, immersing my senses in Nature and walking in service to others.  Since turning 50, I’ve walked over 5,000 miles on long distance hiking trails like the Appalachian Trail. I’m also passionate about sharing the amazing, practical tools of Radical Forgiveness to create a joyful world filled with people who love fearlessly.

So tell me about your business, who is Forgiveness Walks all about?  Forgiveness Walks is all about women over 50 who have selflessly and tirelessly supported others for decades and who yearn to fulfill their own adventurous dream, whether it’s close to home or on distant paths.  They feel exhausted and emptied, even resentful of the very people they have always served with love. I Am Sorry , Please forgive me , I love You , Thank You

Forgivessness Script 

This Forgiveness Script which you can use to release anyone or thing that has a
psychic connection with you – this is a very powerful technique – so honour it
with the pure intention of Love.
Sometimes it can be hard to let go of people but if holding on is more painful,
don’t you think its time to say ‘Adios amigos’. they are probably feeling the
same, so its best all round. Bring to mind the person you feel undermines you
the most – this won’t be difficult they would have instantly come to mind the
minute you read the previous statement -How do you feel when you think of them? Warm and fluffy – filled with love and good feelings or did your shoulders drop, with thoughts of ‘their bloody hard work they are’ with a feeling of dread wash all over you. If it is the first feeling of love, they are keepers but if it is the second – you need to let them go with love.
 
A great exercise to release someone with love and forgiveness
Do this while lying down in bed
  • Visualise the person on a stage – sitting in the middle with the spotlight on them
  •    Imagine them receiving lots of praise and accolades
  •    Flowers, Awards , cheers , woop woops , trophies, gifts , as lavish as your imagination allows
  •    Really honour who they are
  •    Have the audience applaud them loudly , turn the sound up really high
  •    Imagine the audience giving them a standing ovation for the amazing person they are.
  •    Make the picture as bright and vivid as possible, turn the sounds up high and see them smiling and overjoyed by the recognition and then send them love
   Now imagine your fingers as scissors and physically do the action of cutting
   the psychic cord coming from your solar plexus – near your belly button
   This cuts the energy cord between you and them.
   Don’t be surprised if you hear from them shortly after you do this exercise
   as they will feel it energetically and want to re-connect , if you choose
   to, the cord will be rebuild and strengthen again over time – ‘the ties that
   bind us‘. So if you psychically cut the cord you must also do it physically,
   as in no contact, nadda, no texts, emails, phone calls .
   What happens if you bump into them I hear you ask – Ignore them – just
   kidding – don’t engage in a lengthy conversation, hold your power, then you
   just repeat the process again.

How do I find my Soulmate?

I have the great privilege to be interviewing this week’s #WOW Dr lara Fernandez, who along with her husband and soulmate Johnny are on a mission to help others worldwide to create a life that they truly love with the love of their life by their side. Writing up this interview has made me realise that perhaps I’ve been blessed to have found mine and can’t actually believe it’ll be 18 years together this year – #WOW that’s half my life with my man. 

 Sometimes maybe I’ve taken for granted what seemly came easily to us, he’s my first and only love. I remember being told years before ever meeting him from one of my guides who gave me his name (which was pretty unusual name), and how many children we’d have. Of course at the time I dismissed this and didn’t take much notice. Imagine my surprise when I did eventually meet him and he told me his name. Gobsmacked. So we were destined to be together, the universe had set it all up.

 So if you haven’t been fortunate enough to find your soulmate Lara, could be your answer to fulfil your destiny. Lara and Johnny have helped hundreds of people open up to love, create the life they desire, and attract true love.

Tell me a little about you , your lifestyle and what you are passionate about? I am in love with my life right now. I am living the life of my dreams with my soulmate by my side, our amazing 10 year old daughter, and living in a gorgeous little town by the water here in Northern California. I live about 30 seconds from the water, and my husband and I “commute” everyday by walking along the beautiful marina to our office. I am truly passionate about inspiring and modelling for women and girls to step into and fully own and express their power. I believe the world is a better place when more and more women and girls know who they truly are and own it fully.

So tell me about your business, what is LifeLaunch Training all about? My husband and I help single, spiritual and successful women do the inner work and inner evolution in order to know their power and attract the love of their life and subsequently, the life of their dreams. We do this by live, transformational, highly experiential workshops, group coaching programs, and telecourses.

What lead you to making the decision of creating your own business? I’ve always been an entrepreneur. Both Johnny and I intentionally and on purpose did the inner work to find one another. Now we teach others to do the same.

Has there always been a burning desire inside you to create this or did it your business evolve from your original idea? This business evolved from people asking me, how did you do it? How did you attract this amazing man who adores you? And then… can you help me with that?

What did/do you find to be the most challenging part of your business?  Explaining that our teaching isn’t about “getting the guy”or just “getting a date”- you can get a date, tonight. It’s so easy nowadays with online dating sites. It’s about you living your best and most empowered life at the highest vibration possible and then consciously attracting the man of your dreams who fits into your vision for your life. It’s challenging to educate women to slow down, stop the ‘grasping’ for a man, any man… to embrace themselves and their dreams fully.

What have you learned about yourself during the process of setting up your business? That we are all one and very connected. Whatever I’m going through in my life, on some level, so are my clients.

What advice would you give someone considering starting their own business? The mindset shift from employee to entrepreneur is the biggest hurdle you will ever face. You will need to let go of ANY victim mentality, and take 100% responsibility for your life and your biz.

What products and services do you provide ? Group coaching programs, workshops, telecourses, some high-level one-on-one coaching

What is the greatest success story for your business? There are so many. I have gone to 2 client weddings in the last 4 months, will be going to another in just a few weeks, 2 baby showers and another one coming up soon, plus another client wedding this summer. That doesn’t count the 5 weddings over the last 8 months that I didn’t attend! I love my life!
